African Mango Seed Ext (Irvingia Gabonensis) 160mg, Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine 5mg, Zinc (from Zinc AAC 20%) 3mg, Bioperine 2mg, Chromium from Ch.Polynicotinate 70μg, Iodine from Potassium iodate 60μg
ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE: Take 1-2 Tablet twice daily on an empty stomach (should you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, then take after meals), or as recommended by your health care provider. Evening dose should be taken at least 4 hours before bedtime. May take 8 weeks before effects begin to be noticed, since restoring leptin and insulin sensitivity may take many weeks.
Results are improved when complimented by appropriate diet and exercise.
Not recommended for children and pregnant or nursing women.
