carbo activatus (Activated Charcoal, from coconut) 350mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: 1 to 3 capsules as required with a full glass of water or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosages.

Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet. 

May cause dark stool, which is not harmful.
