Soluble Fibre(Fibersol2®), Soy - 95% Phytosterols ext, Yeast 70% Beta Glucan, Green Barley Grass Ext. 10:1, Grape Seed - 95% Proanthocyanidins, Milk Thistle - 80% Silymarin Ext., Probiotics - Bacillus Coagulans, Co-enzyme Q10, Inositol Hexanicotinate, Zymetone™-Multienzyme Blend, B3 Nicotinic Acid, Policosinol, B6 Pyridoxine HCL, Bioperine (Black Pepper Ext), B9 Folic Acid.
SUGGESTED USE: One to two servings daily, recommended with low saturated fat and carbohydrate diets. Add to meals, sprinkle over cereals or porridge. Add to yoghurt, smoothies or shakes.
