Calcium Carbonate 230mg, Dicalcium phosphate 225mg, Tri-Calcium citrate anhydrous 25mg, Providing Calcium (elemental) 160mg, Magnesium Oxide 125mg, Magnesium phosphate 20mg, Providing Magnesium (elemental)  78mg, Boron AAC 5% 2mg, Providing Boron (elemental) 10µg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 30mg, Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin) 1mg, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecaliferol) 50iu, Citric acid anhydrous 10mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement. 
ADULTS: Two to five tablets per day or as recommended by a health care professional.
