Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon) [bark, as 228mg of 4:1 Extract] 912mg, [bark powder] 195mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 20mg, Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide) 10mg, Chromium Polynicotinate 200µg, providing Chromium (elemental) 50µg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement.  

ADULTS: Two capsules with water daily or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
