Linum usitatissimum (Flax, seed oil) 1000mg, Providing A Linolenic Acid 55% (ALA) 550mg, Linoleic Acid (LA) 15% 150mg, Oleic Acid (OA) 15% 150mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: One capsule daily or as recommended by a health practitioner.  Not to be taken during pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding. 

Do not exceed recommended dosages.

Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.

Suitable for Kosher & Halal diets.
