INGREDIENTS

Vitamin A (as Retinol) 1000iu, Vitamin B1(as Thiamine) 5mg Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin) 2mg, Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide) 20mg, Vitamin B5 (as Calcium Pantothenate) 3mg, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine) 2mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 10mg, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 50iu, Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) 500µg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: One to two tablets per day with water. CHILDREN OVER 10: One tablet per day with water or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. 

Not recommended for children under 10.
