SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement,  The contents of this package makes 1-liter of prepared Potassium Supplement. ADULTS: Pour the entire contents of this bottle into a 1 liter container of distilled water. Shake until all the salts have dissolved. As a dietary supplement, take half a teaspoon of liquid mixture you have just prepared and add to a full glass of water or juice once a day or as directed by your health care provider.

Should you have Hyperkalemia, please avoid the use of this product.
