Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto) 300mg [fruit, as 20mg of 15:1 extract], Pygeum africanum (Pygeum) 250mg [bark, as 25mg of 10:1 extract],
Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) 100mg [leaf, as 16mg of 5:1 extract and 20mg leaf powder], Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (Bearberry) 100mg [leaf, as 25mg of 4:1 extract], Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 15mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement. 

ADULTS: 1 tablet one to two times daily with water before meals, as required, or as recommended by your health care professional.
