Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto) [fruit, as 80mg of 15:1 extract] 1200mg, Pygeum africanum (Pygeum) [bark, as 50mg of 10:1 extract] 500mg, Urtica dioical (Stinging Nettle) [root, as 25mg of 20:1 extract] 500mg, Hypoxis hemerocallidea (African potato)  [root powder] 50mg, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) [root, powder] 50mg, Pine phytosterols (as Beta sitosterol 95%) 90mg, Lycopene 10% 20mg, Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) (BioPerine®) [fruit, 50:1 ext. providing 95% Piperine] 7mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 500μg , Copper (as Copper AAC10%) 40μg, Selenium (as Selenium AAC 2%) 40μg, Vitamin E Acetate 50% 20mg, Providing Vitamin E 15iu.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement. 
ADULT MALES: Depending on symptoms:  Severe: One capsule three times daily.  Moderate: One capsule twice daily.  Maintenence: One capsule once a day. Best taken with water before meals or as recommended by your health care professional.
