Stevia is an all-natural non-nutritive sweetener derived from the leaves of the Stevia plant.
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement
As powder: Use sparingly as required as a sugar substitute for cereals, hot drinks and in cooking and baking. Note that Stevia is approximately 200 times sweeter than sucrose (sugar) so use accordingly. The tip of a teaspoon or knife is approximately equivalent to 1 tsp of sugar.
As liquid: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 50ml of water, preferably filtered. A dropper bottle is best. Once dissolved in water store in the refrigerator.
